Rescue Techniques for Paramedic Students

The Rope Rescue Techniques and Water Rescue Course, tailored for the Year 3 students of the Paramedic study programme, took place in mid-November 2022.

The theory was lectured at the faculty premises; the practical training in water rescue took place at the Liberec Swimming Pool, where the students could put the theoretical knowledge into practice.

                           

The Rope Rescue Techniques Course, which took place at the MAKAK climbing centre in the nearby town of Jablonec nad Nisou, was part of the practical training.

It enabled our students to try to descend the rocks on the Ještěd mountain.
